Once we have received you complaint you will receive a confirmation message from us. We will respond to your complaint after we have investigated the cause of the problem. This process can take up to 14 days depending on the severity of your issue.
If you are not satisfied with these terms, you may get in touch with the Department of mediation Webshop Hallmark where (onkruidbrander) belongs to. Should the mediation for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
